AI Agents for Business: Development and Implementation
We create autonomous AI agents that perform agreed actions in CRM and databases. They check requests, assign tasks, and synchronize statuses.
Who it's for and what tasks it fits
- ✓Service companies with a lot of routine operations between systems
- ✓B2B businesses where commercial proposals take weeks to prepare
- ✓Support departments and operational units
What problem the solution solves
Regular scripts break as soon as a client writes text slightly differently. Simple chatbots can only write texts, but cannot perform actions in the system. Thus, employees manually copy information, create cards, and check if all documents are in place.
Capabilities
Implementation and rollout stages
Defining Role and Autonomy Boundaries
We clearly agree on what the agent does independently and where human intervention is necessary.
Development of Tools and APIs
We create reliable connectors to your internal services, with parameter verification.
Setting Up Prompts and Behavior
We write system instructions, consider edge cases, and train the agent not to invent responses.
Testing in an Isolated Environment
We run hundreds of synthetic scenarios. We check if everything works stably and if there are no errors.
Input data and required integrations
- ·CRM API (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Pipedrive, HubSpot)
- ·Corporate email and notification systems
- ·PostgreSQL / MySQL databases or internal microservices
Automation boundaries and limitations
We tell you honestly upfront what the system can't do. It's easier that way than dealing with false expectations later:
- ✕The AI agent does not make financial or legal decisions on its own
- ✕All actions are logged. If the agent is unsure, it hands the task over to a human
- ✕Integrated systems must have a stable API
How pricing is calculated
The cost depends on how many tools we connect, how complex the scenarios are, and what security requirements are in place.
Corporate Onboarding Assistant
In the first 3–4 weeks, newcomers primarily seek information. How to apply for leave? Where are the passwords for services? Who approves invoices? What is the regulation for responding to clients? Mentors and HR are overwhelmed with the same questions.

How does an agent differ from a chatbot?▾
A chatbot mostly just converses with a person. An AI agent has access to tools: it can make requests to CRM, create tasks, or check files on its own.
What happens if the agent makes a mistake?▾
We give the agent rights only for safe operations. Critical actions — such as changing the status of a deal or sending a document to a client — are confirmed by an operator.
Are expensive servers needed?▾
No. For most agent scenarios, cloud APIs of leading models or a compact secure backend are sufficient.
