Recurring infrastructure costs
The cost of external model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), hosting, and automation system subscriptions (n8n, cloud databases) is not included in the cost of the work. You pay those directly to the providers based on actual usage.
Benchmark: For a moderate workload (500–1000 requests), API costs are typically around $15–$50 per month.
The tax regime is determined at the time the contract is signed.
