Cookie Policy
Document version: 2.0 · Publication date: 02.10.2026
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small file that a website can store in your browser. The Site also uses browser local storage (localStorage) to save your analytics preference. In this Policy, the word "cookie" covers both technologies unless stated otherwise.
Data controller: Sole Proprietor Syniachov Denys Ihorovych (Ukrainian sole proprietor / FOP), Ukraine, 65481, Odesa Region, Odesa District, Pivdenne, Myru Avenue, Building 16, Apartment 78. For privacy questions: [email protected].
2. What exactly the Site uses
| Category | Name or example | Purpose | Duration | Legal basis |
| Essential | Technical session state and form protection | Proper request transmission, protection against abuse, basic security | Only for the session or until the technical need ends | Necessary for the function you requested and for Site security |
| Essential | n2b_analytics_consent in localStorage | Remember whether you allowed analytics or chose essential only | Until you change your choice or clear your browser data | To store your privacy choice |
| Analytics, optional | Web analytics technologies, if enabled | Understand how people use the Site’s pages and tools | Depends on the settings of the relevant provider | Only with your prior consent |
As of the date this Policy was updated, the Site does not use advertising cookies, remarketing, profiling for behavioral advertising, or social pixels. We do not send your name, contact details, message text, budget, or any URL containing personal data to analytics tools.
3. Your choice
On your first visit, we ask you to choose separately: "Accept all" (allow analytics) or "Essential only." Optional analytics technologies must not start before you take a positive action.
Withdrawing or changing consent is just as easy: use the "Cookie settings" button available at the bottom of every page and choose "Essential only," or give consent again. You can also clear the Site’s data in your browser settings. Refusing optional analytics does not block your access to the Site; however, essential technical technologies are required for certain functions, including the form.
4. Third parties and international transfers
If analytics is enabled after your consent, the relevant provider may process technical data on our behalf. Its own technologies and retention periods are governed by its documentation. Upon request at [email protected], we will provide current information about the enabled provider.
Such providers may process data outside Ukraine or the European Economic Area. Where international transfer requirements apply, the legal safeguards provided by law are used. More about data processing is available in the Privacy Policy.
5. Updates
We update this document before or at the same time as changes to technologies on the Site. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
