1. Who is responsible for the data

The controller of personal data collected through the Neural2B website (the "Site") is individual entrepreneur Denys Syniachiov (FOP, a Ukrainian sole proprietor), registered in Ukraine.

This Policy applies to Site visitors, people who submit a form, and users of the "Neuronchyk" chat. It does not govern data processing in third-party services you access via external links.

2. What data we process

Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may process:

• your name or preferred form of address;
• the contact details you provide: WhatsApp number, email address, or Telegram nickname;
• company name, website address, process description, task details, and approximate budget, if you add them;
• the date and time of the inquiry, the technical request identifier, and the Site page and language from which it was sent;
• UTM parameters, if they are present in the incoming URL;
• message text and session context in the "Neuronchyk" chat;
• technical data needed for Site security and operation: shortened event logs, the IP address in hashed form to limit abuse, and your analytics cookie choice.

Please do not send payment details, passwords, copies of documents, health data, or other sensitive information through the form or chat. We do not ask for such data.

3. Why we do this and on what legal basis

If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Refusing marketing consent does not affect our response to your business inquiry.

4. Who may have access to the data

Only authorized Neural2B personnel who need the data to respond to inquiries or support the Site have access to it. We do not sell your data or share it with ad networks for their own advertising purposes.

Depending on which features are enabled in a particular Site environment, data may be processed on our behalf by providers of hosting, secure lead delivery, Telegram Bot API, web analytics, or cloud AI services used to run the chat. We share only the data necessary for the relevant function. Form data, inquiry text, and URLs containing personal data are not sent to web analytics.

Servers or providers may be located outside Ukraine or the European Economic Area. If applicable law requires a mechanism for international data transfers, we use the legal basis and appropriate safeguards provided for by that law. 5. Retention period and security

We keep inquiry data no longer than necessary to review it and continue business communication, but usually for no more than 24 months after the last meaningful contact. The period may be longer if a contract is concluded, a dispute arises, or the law requires documents to be retained. Data processed solely on the basis of marketing consent is deleted or anonymized after that consent is withdrawn, unless there is another lawful basis for keeping it.

We use reasonable organizational and technical protection measures, including access restrictions, HTTPS/TLS, and data minimization. No method of transmitting data over the internet can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Under applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection authority in the country of your habitual residence, work, or the alleged infringement.

To exercise a right, email [email protected] with the subject line "Personal Data". We may ask for the information needed to verify your identity and will respond within the timeframe set by applicable law; for individuals in the EU, this is generally one month.

7. Automated decisions and changes to the Policy

The Site does not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significant consequences. Chat responses are for informational purposes; final commercial or technical decisions are made by a human.

We may update this Policy when Site features or legislation change. The new version takes effect once published on this page; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.
