Document version: 2.0 · Publication date: 02.10.2026
1. Operator and acceptance of the terms
This Neural2B website (the "Site") is owned and administered by individual entrepreneur Denys Syniachov (a sole proprietor / private entrepreneur registered in Ukraine). Registered address: Ukraine, 65481, Odesa region, Odesa district, the city of Pivdenne, Myru Avenue, building 16, apartment 78. Entry in the Unified State Register dated 25.06.2026 No. 2011600000000057870. Contact: [email protected].
By using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms do not replace a written contract: if a contract between us contains different terms, the contract prevails for the relevant services.
2. Purpose of the materials and inquiries
The materials on the Site, including articles, service descriptions, demo scenarios, chat responses, and diagrams, are for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.
A service description, application form, chat message, or any other information on the Site does not constitute a public offer and does not create an obligation to perform work, deliver a result, meet a deadline, or agree on a price. The scope of work, cost, timelines, results, data transfer procedure, and liability are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract.
By submitting a form or message, you confirm that you have the right to provide the stated data and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. Do not send secrets, passwords, payment details, or any other information that requires a special protection regime.
3. Calculator and demo scenarios
Calculations on the calculator page are a mathematical model of potential impact based on the assumptions you enter. They do not guarantee savings, payback, profit, accuracy, staff reduction, or any other result.
The scenarios pages are demo examples of possible implementation, not completed Neural2B client projects, unless expressly stated otherwise on a specific page. Before implementation, any solution requires a separate review of data, risks, integrations, and the involvement of responsible people.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, design, graphics, software code, and other materials on the Site are protected by intellectual property law and belong to their respective rights holders. You may view and use the materials for personal or internal reference. Without prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or use a substantial part of the materials in commercial products or publications.
Third-party names, trademarks, and logos, if mentioned, belong to their respective rights holders. Mentioning them does not mean partnership with, endorsement by, or affiliation with Neural2B.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the Site, bypass technical restrictions, send malicious code, spam, or false data, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other visitors' data. We may restrict access or decline to process inquiries if this is necessary for security, compliance with the law, or protection of the rights of others.
6. Liability and external links
We aim to keep the materials up to date, but we do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular user's purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, information on the Site. This provision does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
External links are provided for convenience. We do not control the content, availability, or policies of third-party websites and are not responsible for them.
7. Privacy, governing law, and changes
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, and the use of similar technologies is governed by the Cookie Policy. Where possible, any disputes should first be addressed in good faith by contacting [email protected]. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence require otherwise.
We may change these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continuing to use the Site after publication means you accept the updated version to the extent permitted by law.
