Business Process Audit for AI Implementation
We look at how your team currently operates and identify areas where automation or AI can truly save time. Without investments that won't pay off.
Who it's for and what tasks it fits
- ✓Owners and operational directors of small and medium businesses
- ✓Sales, logistics, and customer service managers
- ✓IT directors planning to integrate AI tools
What problem the solution solves
Companies often want to implement artificial intelligence 'everywhere and at once'. They take on overly complex or unprepared processes. They waste budgets on models when data is unstructured. Or they simply automate chaos. Without an audit, it's hard to even understand whether a language model (LLM) is needed here or if a simple API integration script will suffice.
Capabilities
Implementation and rollout stages
Gathering Initial Information
We talk to department heads and people who actually do the work. We analyze regulations and tools.
Data and API Analysis
We look at the database structure, whether there are webhooks, what limits exist in the systems, and how clean the request history is.
Prioritization by Value/Difficulty Matrix
We select 1-2 processes where the effect will be the fastest and technical risks are minimal.
Presentation of the Report and Action Plan
We provide a detailed report: architecture, data requirements, and pilot budget calculation.
Input data and required integrations
- ·Regulations and instructions from departments
- ·Access to CRM APIs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.)
- ·Examples of incoming requests, emails, and documents
Automation boundaries and limitations
We tell you honestly upfront what the system can't do. It's easier that way than dealing with false expectations later:
- ✕The audit does not replace the company's internal management accounting
- ✕We will not promise to reduce 100% of the staff
- ✕The output will be a realistic engineering plan, not a marketing forecast
How pricing is calculated
Either a fixed price or included in the cost of the first pilot. It depends on how deeply we dig and how many departments we cover.
Document Recognition and Approval
The company receives dozens of invoices, acts of completed work, and waybills from various suppliers. In PDF, scans, or photos. The accountant spends up to 4 hours daily entering amounts manually, verifying the company ID, IBAN account numbers, and searching for which contract to link each document to.

How long does the audit take?▾
For one department or a company with up to 30 employees, it usually takes 5 to 10 working days.
What will we receive as a result?▾
A written technical and economic report. It includes a process map, data readiness assessment, selected architecture, and pilot budget.
Do we have to order development from you after the audit?▾
No. The report is yours. The requirements in it are open, so you can work with them either with your team or with any other contractor.
