Automation Impact Calculator
Calculate how much work time and money your company could save by handing repetitive tasks over to algorithms.
Potential automation impact calculator
Calculate how much your team's working time costs — time you could take back from routine tasks and invest in business growth. No need to leave contact details — run as many calculations as you want.
How many people regularly perform the operations you want to automate.
The full monthly cost of a workplace: salary, taxes, the workplace itself, licenses.
What part of the workday gets eaten up by routine: data entry, searching policies, handling email.
The part of routine work that makes sense to hand over to the system without losing quality control. Usually 40–60%.
A realism factor. Freed-up time never turns into money at 100%: some of it goes to pauses, some to more complex tasks.
Modeling results
Please note: Freed-up time does not necessarily mean a smaller payroll. In practice, most often the same team simply manages to process more orders. Without hiring more people.
All figures here are a model based on your assumptions. This is not a commercial guarantee of profit.
Calculation methodology and formulas
No black box: all assumptions are out in the open. The calculations are built on simple, transparent formulas:
1. Potential value of freed-up time: B = N × C × R × A × E
2. Net modeled monthly effect: M = B − O
3. Payback period in months = I / M (calculated if I > 0 and M > 0)
4. ROI over 12 months = ((12 × M − I) / I) × 100% (only if I > 0)
Variable breakdown:
- N (Employees): number of colleagues involved in the process.
- C (Monthly Cost): full cost of a workplace (salary + taxes + workplace expenses).
- R (Routine Fraction): share of the workday spent on mechanical operations.
- A (Automatable Fraction): part of the routine that makes technical sense to automate.
- E (Realization Fraction): realization factor. Not all saved time turns into money: some of it goes to rest or other processes.
- I (Implementation Budget): one-time development and implementation budget.
- O (Operating Costs): recurring costs for model APIs, cloud infrastructure, and support.
